PAYMENT - Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, & PayPal accepted. All orders are verified through PayPal's secured server. Please note that you do not have to have a PayPal account to pay via Credit Card, the PayPal server is used only as a verification process. Your order will be shipped once payment has been received and cleared by PayPal.
ORDERS & SHIPPING - Orders are processed in the order in which we receive them. All orders are processed securely via PayPal secured checkout. Most orders are processed and shipped within 24 hours of placing the order. If any adjustments need to be made to the original invoice total a confirmation e-mail will me sent to you for verification. All UPS shipments come standard with tracking and insurance and SPB will work with UPS to replace any lost packages or damaged items. However the Postal USPS options do not come standard with tracking or insurance so SouthernPaintball can not be held responsible for any losses or damages via USPS, that is a risk you accept when choosing this shipping method.
AVAILABILITY - Website inventory is updated daily, however we can not guarantee availability of all items ordered due to limited quantities. You will not be charged for items we do not ship. Products with low stock or items that are stored in an alternate location will show a  -Ships in 3-5 Days- logo in the description. These items will have a short delay in processing time as we may need to verify our quantity or transfer these items to our shipping facility before we can continue with the order. If we do not have the quantity we will contact you via e-mail to see if you wish to hold the order while we restock or continue with your order as is. If you are interested in products that you do not see on our website, please contact us as we can normally special order those items for you. Restock, backorder, and special order items usually take between 2-5days for us to receive.
DISCLAIMER - Please note that some areas may prohibit or restrict paintball equipment. The buyer should follow all local laws and ordinances in their jurisdictions regarding paintball equipment, including, but not limited to, age limitations on purchases. Please check before you order. Southern Paintball can not be held responsible for the use/or misuse of products sold.
OTHER - Southern Paintball, reserves the right to change prices and terms without notice. All prices and products are subject to availability. SPB can limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household or per order, as well as restricting suspicious orders. These restrictions may include orders placed by the same credit card, and also orders which use the same billing and/or shipping address. Notification will be sent to the e-mail and/or billing address provided should such change occur. We reserve the right to limit the quantities sold, including the right to limit or prohibit sales.
Prices and availability are subject to change without notice. Errors will be corrected where discovered, and Southern Paintball reserves the right to revoke any stated offer and to correct any errors, inaccuracies or omissions including after an order has been submitted and whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is cancelled, your credit card account will be credited in the amount of the charge. Individual bank policies will dictate when this amount will return to your account.
