All packages come standard with tracking and insurance included, so that every shipment from us will be worry free and protected.
POSTAGE OPTIONS - We offer a variety of shipping solutions via UPS (United Parcel Service) & USPS (US Postal Service) including Next Day Air, Ground, Piority Mail & more. Packages shipped via UPS Ground usually arrive within 2-6 days of shipping, but times vary by location. Please see the below chart for more information about transit times to your area. UPS is our perferred shipping option as all UPS shipments come standard with insurance and tracking included. Postal shipping is also available and may sometime ship faster then UPS Ground, however there is no tracking or insurance included and that is a risk you accept when choosing the USPS shipping method. SPB can not be held reponsible for losses or damages when shipping via USPS. Shipping price is based on total package weight and destination location. (note: all P.O.Box & Military addresses can not be shipped via UPS and will be sent out via Postal Priority Mail)
ADDRESS INFORMATION - Please make sure all information is correct before submitting order. There will be an additional fee place on orders that are submitted with any incorrect address information. The shipping provider charges us each time an address has to be changed or corrected. So please take the time and review all the information for any errors before completing the order. For credit card orders, we currently only ship to the registered billing address for the card.
AVAILABILITY - Website inventory is updated daily, however we can not guarantee availability of all items ordered due to limited quantities. You will not be charged for items we do not ship. Products with low stock or items that are stored in an alternate location will show a  -Ships in 3-5 Days- logo in the description. These items will have a short delay in processing time as we may need to verify our quantity or transfer these items to our shipping facility before we can continue with the order. If we do not have the quantity we will contact you via e-mail to see if you wish to hold the order while we restock or continue with your order as is. If you are interested in products that you do not see on our website, please contact us as we can normally special order those items for you. Restock, backorder, and special order items usually take between 2-5days for us to receive.
RETURN/EXCHANGE - Merchandise return for exchange or refund is possible as long as it is within 30 days of the invoice date. Customer is responsible for all postage cost, and package delivery confirmation is mandatory for all Post Office shipping.
-Please contact our service department via e-mail to obtain a return authorization number and a return-exchange form before sending the merchandise back. No refund or exchange will be given without a return authorization number.
-Include a copy of the return-exchange form and a copy of your invoice along with your return package. Please be sure to include all pieces of the item(s) being returned.
-An exchange or refund will only be issued after receiving and reviewing the merchandise. We can not refund items that have been used items, or items that no longer have all original packaging and instructions undamaged. Shipping costs will not be refunded, unless it was a special case where an incorrect item was shipped. Please e-mail us with any questions you may have.
